To TRANSFER DOMAIN to another Company:

1. Obtain Transfer Code/EPP Code from us. Please submit a Support Ticket or send a email to help@bethelwebhost.com

2. Create a Domain Account with a new company and Order a Domain Transfer.

3. Enter your domain and enter Transfer code when asked.

4. Once Transfer is initiated, you need to wait 5 to 7 days for the Transfer process to complete.

5. Once Transfer is completed, it will get automatically renewed for one year.

6. You can transfer the domain even when it is expired.



To TRANSFER WEBSITE to another Company:

1. Purchase a cPanel Supported Hosting Package with a new Company. Please note it should be cPanel Supported.

2. Once your NEW HOSTING ACCOUNT is activated, keep the Server IP, Username and Password Information Ready.

3. Login to Bethel Server cPanel: https://dnsib.org/cpanel (Only valid till 24th January 2023)

4. In the cPanel Home Pagw, Under Files Section > Click on Backup Wizard > Click on Backup > Click on Full Backup

5. Next Page,  Please select / enter following settings:

A. Backup Destination: Remote FTP Server

B. Enter your valid email address.

C. Remote Server: Enter your new server IP

D. Remote User: Enter your username which you have received from your new Hosting Company

E. Remote Password: Enter your password which you have received from your new Hosting Company

F: Port: 21 (Please confirm with your Hosting company that FTP Port is 21)

G: Remote Dir: Enter as public_html

6. Click on Generate Backup button and Go back to see its progress (Refresh)

7. Depending on the Size of your website, it can take time generate and send a backup to your new Hosting Account.



To RESTORE WEBSITE Back with your New Hosting Provider

1. Once you see that backup is uploaded to your New Hosting account, please note down the file name,

2. Raise a Support Ticket or send a Email to your Hosting Company, requesting them to restore the backup for you. Sample Request:

I have uploaded a Full cPanel Backup to my public folder. Its file name is (Fill up the file name). Please restore this backup for me.

3. Wait until their confirmation of Restore.

4. Now you should access your Domain Control Panel and change the Name Server. Please obtain the Name Server details from your New Hosting Provider.
